The goal of the mindfulness training is strengthening your psychological flexibility – which is your ability to cope better with stress and changing life circumstances.
The training consists of 7 weekly sessions, each taking approximately 45-60 minutes. In addition to teaching theoretical content, the main focus is on practical exercises, which will help you to integrate what you learned into your everyday life – so your active participation is needed! In order to provide you with the best possible support, you will receive access to two additional short booster sessions 4 and 12 weeks after completion of the training.
In each module a mindfulness or relaxation exercise is waiting for you, where you for instance learn to perceive your breathing or your body more consciously. In the course of the training you will also deal with what is really important to you in your life and how you can achieve it.
You will identify your stress-inducing thoughts and learn techniques to distance yourself from them and effectively reduce your stress.
Last but not least, you will learn how to be mindful of yourself and take your well-being into your own hands through simple techniques.
