1. Collection and processing of http protocol data

When you visit our website and each time a file is retrieved, our web server collects log information about these processes (e.g. browser type, date and time of retrieval). These are not personal data. It is therefore not possible for us to assign the collected data to a specific natural person. All of this information is evaluated by us exclusively for statistical purposes. The data will not be passed on to third parties. We do not link this data with other data. The data will also be deleted regularly within one week after a statistical evaluation.

 

2. Use of personal data

Personal data will only be collected by us if and to the extent that you provide it to us with your knowledge. In particular, these personal data will only be used to design our services if you have expressly given us your consent to do so. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time. The processing purposes are stated at the relevant points on our websites and are not subject to any subsequent changes. 4. Privacy eSano Sleep-e

​Data security is very important to us. Thus, we use specialised internet platforms that fulfil the highest criteria for data security.

 

Unipark

All questionnaires are provided by the online platform Unipark, the academic programme of Questback. The BSI-certified data centre of Questback is subject to extremely high data protection and security requirements according to ISO27001 based on basic IT protection. This standard is also used by government bodies in Germany. Questback cooperates with DATAGROUP, one of the few IT service companies in Germany certified according to ISO 20000.

 

Minddistrict

The online training can be accessed on the online platform Minddistrict. Minddistrict is one of the leading companies in the field of eHealth

The participant can log in with a user name and password. Minddistrict transfers the privacy and security requirements according to ISO270001 and NEN 7510 security guidelines. The hosting partner is Intermax, an ISO 27000 certified data center.

 

Data collected on both platforms is exported via a client ID, which can only be assigned by the study team in Freiburg.
