Sleep means regeneration of body and mind. But what exactly can sleep difficulties lead to? Sleep is closely related to academic success and general health. This means that sleep problems can be associated with poorer academic performance and increased vulnerability to illnesses such as colds.
Moreover, life satisfaction and the amount of sleep are linked: If the amount of sleep is higher, people also report higher life satisfaction.
